ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the entire records relating to the impugned FIR No.3 of 2012 on the file of 1st Respondent Police and quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that investigation in Cr.No.3 of 2012 was completed and charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.568 of 2017 before the Judicial Magistrate, Alandur against the petitioner.

In view of the above, this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
