It is stated on behalf of the respondent that the order passed for interim
maintenance has been complied with. Though it is submitted by the learned
counsel for the respondent that certain amount has been deposited, however,
it is spelt out by the learned counsel for the appellant that still Rs.15,000/- is
to be paid by the respondent towards maintenance pendente lite.
We make it clear that in case remaining amount is not deposited within
ten days, this court will be constrained to draw contempt against the
respondent.
