ORDER

Mr.Rudrappa.P., learned counsel for the

petitioners is present before the court physically.

Learned HCGP for respondent-State is present

before the Court physically.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners

submits that the petitioners-accused in

C.C.No.281/2021 arising out of Crime No.150/2019

registered by the Women P.S., Devaraja Sub-Division,

Mysuru for the offences punishable under Section

498A read with 34 of IPC and Section 3 and 4 of

Dowry Prohibition Act have been acquitted. Therefore,

this petition has become infructuous. Hence, he has

filed a memo seeking permission of the court to

withdraw the petition as not pressed.

The memo is placed on record.

3. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as not

pressed.
