ORDER
Learned counsels for both side as well the parties
from both side in-person along with Master Daksha
Arya are present. The parties are identified by their
respective counsels in the Court.
2. Both side file a joint memo submitting that
the parties have amicably sorted out their differences
and have voluntarily came forward to unconditionally
join the company of each other by putting an end to
the proceedings pending in different Courts. By filing
this memo, learned counsels from both side submit
that the parties would not intend to proceed further in
this writ petition.
