This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of
Cr.P.C. praying to quash the entire proceedings in
S.C.No.504/2016 pending on the file of XLV Addl. Civil
and Sessions Judge, Bangalore for the offences
punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 304, 307
r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4, of Dowry
Prohibition Act, in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

This Criminal Petition coming on for admission
this day, the Court made the following:

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Perused the records. The FIR discloses that there

are allegations constituting the offence punishable

under Section 498A of IPC and other offences invoked

by the police for the purpose of charge sheet.

At this stage, there are no reasons to quash the

proceedings. Hence, the petition is dismissed with

liberty to approach the trial Court and file necessary

application for discharge.

If such an application is filed, the trial Court has

to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law after

hearing both sides.
