Learned counsel for the respondent-husband is
directed to respond to I.A. No. 2743/2017, an application
seeking maintenance pendente lite.

Let reply to the said application should contain all
material particulars in regard to the salary and allowances
being received by the respondent-husband who is holding
the post of Constable in the ITBP.

Learned counsel for the appellant-wife is heard on
I.A. No. 2742/2017, an application for staying the effect
and operation of the impugned judgment and decree.
Meanwhile, the respondent-husband is restrained from
marrying again in view of the provisions contained in
Section 15 of the Hindu Marriage Act.

List the case after two weeks for consideration of I.A.
No. 2742/2017 and 2743/2017.
