The orders of alimony pendente lite for wife and the daughter of the

parties are under challenge in the present revisional application. The daughter

is a student and is pursuing her bachelor degree, she obviously requires

financial support for her education from her father. The opposite party is,

therefore, directed to make an ad hoc payment of Rs. 1,80,000/- to the

daughter by a demand draft to be drawn in the name of the daughter. The

opposite party shall make the said payment within a week from date through

Ms. Shila Sarkar learned advocate who has been appointed as special officer in

the matters.

It is made clear that the payment of the said amount will be adjusted

against the arrear amount of maintenance pendente lite that may be

determined in C.O. 2930 of 2017.


Let the matter appear in the supplementary list on June 26, 2019

under the heading “For Orders”.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied

to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
