Shri F.A.Shah, learned counsel for appellant.
Shri Anil Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the victim.
Shri Ankur Mody, learned Additional Advocate General for the State.

In due deference of the direction of this court, counsel for appellant
has filed I.A.8040/21, an application for taking documents on record, which
is taken up and considered.

Learned counsel for appellant has drawn attention of this Court to
various directions recorded by learned single Judge especially the direction
for registration of offence, initiation of disciplinary proceeding and
transferring the appellant out of Gwalior and Chambal range.

After hearing learned counsel for rival parties on the question of
admission and looking to the voluminous record, this Court directs that

matter be listed for hearing alongwith W.A.575/2021 on resumption of
physical hearing.

Meanwhile, till next date of hearing, no coercive steps would be taken
against appellant pursuant to the directions contained in the impugned order
dated 23/6/2021. However, the appellant shall not be posted within Gwalior
District till pendency of this case.
