FOLLOWING:-

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

Perused the records.

2. After hearing for sometime, the Court feels that

it is just and necessary to give liberty to the petitioners as

prayed to approach the trial Court by making necessary

application for their discharge. The trial Court after going

through the entire charge sheet papers has to pass

appropriate orders in accordance with law, on

such application being filed after providing opportunities

to both the parties.

3. With these observation, petition is disposed of.

In view of the disposal of the main petition,

I.A.No.1/2017 does not survive for consideration and it

is disposed of accordingly.
