THIS CRIMINAL PETITION COMING ON FOR ADMISSION THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:

ORDER

The petitioner lodged a complaint against respondent

Nos.1 to 11 and the same came to be registered in

Cr.No.193/2012. After investigation, a chare sheet is filed for

the offence punishable under Sections 498A, 323 r/w Section

34 of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act only

against three persons.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the

statement alleged to have been relied on by the prosecution is

not made by the petitioner. Secondly, it is contended that all

the persons involved in the offence are not included in the

charge sheet. Thirdly, the offences alleged against the

accused are not included in the charge sheet. It is brought to 5

my notice that the petitioner has already complained to the

Jurisdictional Magistrate in this regard. If that is so, the

Jurisdictional Magistrate to pass appropriate orders. In the

event of any adverse orders are passed against the petitioner,

it is open for the her to workout her remedy in accordance

with law.

With the above observation, the petition is hereby

disposed of.
