appellant.
Shri Sanjay Sharma, learned counsel for the
respondent.
An affidavit is filed by the respondent stating
therein that the interim alimony of Rs. 5,000/-
(Rupees Five Thousand Only) as was fixed by order
dated 23/01/2014 is being regularly deposited with
the Court and amount till April 2018 has been
deposited.
In view whereof, no further order is warranted
in respect of the allegations made on behalf of the
appellant that respondent is not abiding by order
dated 23/01/2014.
Consequently, I.A. No. 4095/2016 stands
disposed of.
Let I.A. No. 2927/2016, an application for
increasing the amount of maintenance pendente lite,

be set out for consideration during course of next
week.
Reply, if any, in the meanwhile. Respondent
need not to present personally on the next date.
