Shri Rajendra Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the
petitioner.
Heard on the question of admission and also on IA No.
6485/2017, which is an application for grant of stay.
Issue notice to the respondents on payment of process fee

within three working days by registered AD returnable within
four weeks.

Considering the fact that the decree seeking restoration of
conjugal right has been granted in favour of the petitioner even
then the husband is not residing with the petitioner/wife and also
looking to the fact that husband has also filed a suit seeking
decree of divorce wherein an application under Section 24 of the
Hindu Marriage Act for grant of maintenance pendente lite has
been allowed by the court granting maintenance of Rs.6000/- as
the petitioner/wife is maintaining the child also, it is directed that
operation of the impugned order Annexure P/7 dated 29.4.2017
shall remain stayed till next date of hearing.

List in the week commencing 8th August, 2017.
