3. The Inspector General of Police, Ajmer Range, Ajmer.

4. The Superintendent of Police, Nagaur.

For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Tarun Dhaka
For Respondent(s) : Mr. M.S. Panwar, PP

The instant misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is

preferred by the petitioner Smt. Presta with the prayer for

directing fair investigation of the FIR No.255/2017 lodged at Police

Station Kuchera, Nagaur.

Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a factual report of

the Investigating Officer indicating that after investigation,

charge-sheet has been filed against the accused Peeraram for the

offence under Section 498A IPC only. Thus, the matter has

become infructuous. In case, the petitioner has any grievance

that appropriate offence was not invoked by the Investigating
(2 of 2)

Officer in the charge-sheet or that certain persons were

unjustifiedly left out from the array of accused, then, she can take

recourse of appropriate legal procedure for ventilating her

grievances in this regard before the trial court.

In view of the above developments, the instant petition is

dismissed as infructuous with the above observations.
