The instant misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is
preferred by the petitioner Smt. Presta with the prayer for
directing fair investigation of the FIR No.255/2017 lodged at Police
Station Kuchera, Nagaur.
Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a factual report of
the Investigating Officer indicating that after investigation,
charge-sheet has been filed against the accused Peeraram for the
offence under Section 498A IPC only. Thus, the matter has
become infructuous. In case, the petitioner has any grievance
that appropriate offence was not invoked by the Investigating

Officer in the charge-sheet or that certain persons were
unjustifiedly left out from the array of accused, then, she can take
recourse of appropriate legal procedure for ventilating her
grievances in this regard before the trial court.
In view of the above developments, the instant petition is
dismissed as infructuous with the above observations.
