ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioners is absent.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned SPP-II,

who has taken notice for respondent No.1 submits that after

trial, the petitioners herein are acquitted of the charges under

Sections 498A r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 3

and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 on 03.08.2018 in

C.C.No.25904/ 2015 on the file of II Addl. CMM, Bengaluru.

In view of this fact, the petition does not survive for

consideration. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed. In view of

dismissal of the main matter, I.A.1/2016 for stay does not

survive for consideration. Accordingly, it is dismissed.
