Leave is granted to amend the cause title.

Heard both sides.

Perused the materials on record including the case diary.

The petitioner no.1 happen to be the sister-in-law and the petitioner nos.2

and 3 happens to be the husband and son of the petitioner no.1. It is seen that

the petitioners surrendered on 8th April, 2019 before the concerned court and

since then they are in custody.

Learned advocate for the State submits that charge sheet has already been

submitted.

Having due regard to the fact that other accused persons have been

granted bail and the investigation of the case has already been concluded, we are

inclined to release the petitioner on bail. As such, prayer for bail of the

petitioners are allowed.

Accordingly, we direct that the petitioners shall be released on bail upon

furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each, one of

whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial

Magistrate, Kalyani, Nadia subject to condition that they shall appear before the

trial court on every date of hearing until further orders and shall not intimidate

witnesses and/or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever.

In the event they fail to appear before the trial court without justifiable

cause, the trial court shall be at liberty to cancel their bail without reference to

this Court.

Certified copy of the order sheets submitted by the learned advocate for the

petitioners be kept with the record.

CRM 4752 of 2019 is thus disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the

parties after compliance of necessary formalities.
