The instant application has been filed seeking modification of

the order dated 6.9.2018 passed in S.B. Crl. Misc. Petition

No.2797/2018.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the

proceedings going against the wife should have also been quashed

by this Court by order dated 6.9.2018, whereby, FIR lodged

against the husband under Section 498A, Section406 and Section323 IPC.

After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, this Court

does not find any reason to allow such relief in a misc. application

as no ground of any interference is made out. However, the

applicant shall be free to take appropriate independent legal

recourse if she so desires.

Accordingly, this misc. application is hereby dismissed.
