Proxy counsel for the appellant informs that best efforts
have been made by the counsel for the appellant to communicate with the
appellant and to make him pay the arrears of maintenance but the appellant
has not been responding.

In view of said circumstances, this appeal cannot proceed
further. The appeal of the appellant-husband against the dismissal of his
petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, is hereby dismissed on
account of non-payment of arrears of maintenance pendente lite which have
accumulated to Rs.1,50,000/-.
