1. The applicant seeks transfer of proceedings in H.M.P.

No.169 of 2017 filed by her husband and pending before the

learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Beed. The applicant is

residing at Thane. The respondent is a Police Constable and

residing at Balipir, Tq. Dist. Beed. It is submitted by the applicant

that she has filed proceedings under the Domestic Violence Act,

2005 at Thane and the complaint against her husband under

Section 498A at Thane.

2. Learned Counsel for the respondent seeks four weeks’ time

to file reply.

3. Taking into consideration that distance between Thane and

Beed and the fact that the applicant has no source of income as

submitted, the further proceedings in the H.M.P. No.169 of 2017

pending on the file of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Beed are

hereby stayed till further orders.

4. Stand over to 22nd February, 2019 on supplementary board.
