CONCLUDE THE TRIAL IN C.C.NO.16624/2014 PENDING
ON ITS FILE FOR THE OFFENCES PUNISHABLE UNDER
SECTION 498A, 506 I.P.C., WTHIN THREE MONTHS
FROM THE DATE OF ORDER IN THIS CASE.

THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR
PRELIMINARY HEARING THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE
THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER

The petitioner has sought for a direction to the trial

Court to dispose of CC No.16624/2014 within three

months.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Perused the records.

3. On perusal of the records, it reveals that the

petition is not supported by any statistics of pendency

of that court and this court also does not know as to

what is the work load of the trial Court. Therefore, it

may not be proper on the part of this court to fix any

time frame. However, as the party is requested for

speedy remedy, the trial Court is hereby directed to

dispose of the case i.e., CC No.16624/2014 pending on

the file of the VIII Addl. CMM Court, Bengaluru, as

expeditiously as possible.

With the said observation, the petition stands

disposed of.
