…..for the petitioner.

This revisional application is taken up for hearing out of turn due to urgent

MAT Suit No. 1274 of 2018, pending before the learned Additional District Judge,

1st Court at Alipore, South 24 Parganas.

there are no interlocutory applications pending before the learned court below.

request to the learned Additional District Judge, 1st Court at Alipore, South 24
2

Parganas to dispose of the MAT Suit No. 1274 of 2018 as expeditiously as

possible, not later than a year from date of communication of this order.

This order will not bind the learned court below, if any maintenance

pendente lite is awarded by the learned court but the same is not paid by the

husband.

The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application upon

the opposite party along with a server copy of this order during the course of this

week.

The revisional application is thus disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
