This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C
praying that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to quash the
order dated 24.05.2017 passed by the Principal Civil Judge
(Jr. Division) and JMFC, Channarayapatna in C.C.No.719/2017
the order of taking cognizance of the case and ordering to
register the criminal case for the offence punishable under
Sections 323, 504, 498A r/w 34 of IPC and Section 3 and 4 of
Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 and consequently registering the
case as C.C.No.719/2017 pending on the file of Principal Civil
Judge (Jr. Division) and JMFC, Channarayapatna at Annexure A
and the charge sheet submitted by the Channarayapatna Town
Police under Section 173 of the Cr.P.C at Annexure B and all
further proceedings thereto.

This Criminal Petition coming for Admission this day, the
Court made the following:

ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioners files a memo

dated 26.02.2019 stating that prayer sought for in the

petition has become infructuous on account of parties have

settled the matter.

2. Memo is placed on record.

3. In view of said memo, this petition is dismissed

as having become infructutous.
