Affidavit-of-service showing services upon the opposite parties be kept on

record.

Heard learned advocates for the petitioners, the opposite party no. 2 and

the State/respondent no.1. As many as seven petitioners have been arrayed as

accused persons in G.R. Case No. 4367 of 2013 arising out of Baruipur Police

Station Case No. 1036 under Sections 498A/406/377 IPC, 1860.

After investigation Charge sheet No. 419 of 2014 dated April 30, 2014

under Sections 498A/406/377 read with Sections 3/4 DP Act was submitted

against the petitioners to face the trial in open Court.

At this stage, the petitioners and the opposite party no. 2 being the wife of

petitioner no. 1 have together filed joint application for compromise. It is

submitted by learned advocates for all the parties that disputes and difference

have been amicably settled between the petitioners and the opposite party no. 2.

Accordingly, the petitioners and the opposite party no. 2 have prayed for

quashing the case under reference pending in the Court of the learned Additional

Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baruipur, South 24-Parganas.

Having regard to the settlement arrived at between the parties, the case

being G.R. Case No. 4367 of 2013 arising out of Baruipur Police Station Case No.

1036 under Sections 498A/406/377 IPC, 1860 is hereby quashed.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 3128 of 2018 and CRAN

3090 of 2018 are disposed of.

Urgent xerox certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the

parties after completion of all legal formalities.
