Cr.P.C. praying to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Cr.
No.219/2014 (S.C.No.77/2015) of Channammanakere

Achukattu Police Station, Bengaluru for the offence
punishable under Sections 498A, 302, 309 of IPC .

This Criminal petition coming on for Orders this Day,
the court made the following:

ORDER

Petitioner and learned counsel for the petitioner both

are absent. There is no representation.

Matter is posted for 4th time to comply with the office

objections. Petitioner is not interested to comply with the

office objections and prosecute the matter.

Hence, petition is dismissed for non compliance of

office objections.
