This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of
Cr.P.C. by the advocate for the petitioner praying that
this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to quash the
complaint/FIR lodged by the 2nd respondent with the 1st
respondent-police against the petitioners in
Cr.No.400/2016 before the XI ACMM, Bangalore for the
offences punishable under Sections 498A, 504, 506, 34
of IPC and Sections 3, 4 of D.P. Act vide Annexure-B and
consequently discharge the petitioners from the offences
alleged against them in Cr.No.400/2016.
This Criminal Petition coming on for admission, this
day, the Court made the following:-

ORDER
The learned HCGP appearing for respondent No.1-
State submits that charge sheet has already been
submitted by the police in CC.No.55875/2017.
In view of the above said submission, this petition
does not survive for consideration on merits. Hence,
petition is dismissed.
However, liberty is reserved to the petitioners to
approach this Court in case if any adverse report is filed
against them before the trial Court.
