…. Petitioners
Mr. Partha Sarathi Mondal, Adv.
….. For the Petitioners
Mr. Ranabir Roychowhdury, Adv.
Mr. Mainak Gupta, Adv.
….. For the State
This is an application for bail under Section 498A/302/34 IPC
read with Section 3/4 DP Act.
The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the
petitioners no.1, 2 and 3 are the father-in-law, mother-in-law and
married sister-in-law of the victim respectively. He further submits
that charge sheet has already been filed in this case and further
detention of the petitioners are unwarranted.
The learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail
and submits that sufficient materials are appearing against the
petitioners in the case diary and trial has already commenced in
connection with the instant case.
2
We have considered the materials in the case diary and
considering that trial has already commenced and present schedule
is continuing as on date, we are not inclined to grant bail to the
petitioners.
The application for bail of the petitioners is, thus, rejected.
CRM 2059 of 2019 is thus disposed of.
Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be
delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, upon compliance of
all formalities.
