ORDER

Shri. Nishit Kumar Shetty, learned advocate for the

petitioners has filed a Memo of even date seeking leave

of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file

discharge application before the Trial Court.

accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as

prayed for.
