The petitioner is facing trial in connection with ACGR
Case No.11783 of 2012 corresponding to Patuli Police Station
Case No.746 of 2012 dated 14-10-2012 under Sections
498A/406 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the documents
which were seized as per the Seizure List dated 02-12-2014
were not supplied to the petitioner. The petitioner
approached the learned Magistrate seeking for a direction
upon the prosecution for supply of those documents. The
said prayer of the petitioner was refused by the learned
Magistrate on the ground that copies of documents under
Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure have already
been supplied to the petitioner.

Learned advocate, appearing for the petitioner, has
submitted that at the time of obtaining the documents under
Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner

did not verify the same and subsequently, it was detected that
the documents mentioned above were not supplied to him.

In view of the submissions made by learned advocate for
the petitioner and considering the principles of natural
justice, prosecution is directed to supply the documents, as
mentioned in the Seizure List dated 2nd December, 2014, to
the petitioner at the cost of the petitioner.

With this direction, the revisional application is disposed

Certified copy of this order be immediately made available
to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite
