PENDING ON THE FILE OF CJM COURT, BANGALORE RURAL
DIST., BANGALORE (RAMANAGARAM).

THIS CRIMINAL PETITION COMING ON FOR
ADMISSION THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:

ORDER

Counsel for the petitioners absent. No

representation. Perused the petition.

2. The petitioners have sought to quash the FIR in

Crime No.793/2014 registered for the offences punishable

under Sections 498A, 494 and 34 of IPC read with Sections

3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

3. The learned Additional SPP for the respondent

No.1 submits that investigation is complete and the

charge-sheet is submitted before the jurisdictional Court

and the matter is pending in C.C.No.975/2017 on the file

of the CJM Court, Bangalore Rural District.

4. In view of this submission, reserving liberty to

the petitioners to challenge the charge-sheet or to seek

their discharge on such grounds available under law,

petition is dismissed.

5. In view of the dismissal of the main matter,

I.A.No.1/2015 for stay does not survive for consideration.

Accordingly, it is dismissed.
