FOLLOWING:

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

Perused the petition.

2. The petitioners have sought to quash the

proceedings in C.C.No.949/2013 for the offences

punishable under Sections 498A, 504, 506 read with

Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the

learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after the
3

trial, petitioners herein are acquitted by the Trial Court

vide judgment and order dated 7.9.2015.

4. In view of this submission, nothing survives for

consideration in this petition. Accordingly the petition is

dismissed. In view of dismissal of the main matter,

I.A.No.1/2014 for stay does not survive for consideration.

Accordingly, it is dismissed.
