Having regard to the entirety of facts and circumstances as
available on record and after perusing the impugned judgment, I
find sufficient ground to grant leave to the applicants to file
appeals against the acquittal of the respondents vide impugned
judgment dated 22.11.2016 passed by learned Addl. Sessions
Judge, Sumerpur whereby the accused respondents were
acquitted from the charge under Sections 498A, 306 and 120 B
IPC.
Accordingly, the applications for leave to appeal are allowed.
The memo of leave to appeals be treated as appeals and they be
registered as such. The accused respondents be summoned
through bailable warrant in the sum of Rs. 50,000/-.
A copy of the order be placed in each file.
