ORDER

This application is filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C.

2. The petitioners herein are the accused Nos.2 and 3 in L.P.

No.29 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate

Court-I, Perinthalmanna. The aforesaid case has arisen from Crime

No.740 of 2010 registered at the Perinthalmanna Police Station

under Section 498A r/w. Section 34 of the IPC.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners

contended that the petitioners, who are the sister and mother

respectively of the 1st accused, were not served with any summons.

It is prayed that an opportunity be granted to them to appear before

the court below and seek bail.

4. Heard the learned Public Prosecutor and I have gone

through the materials on record. Having regard to the facts and

circumstances, I direct the petitioners to surrender before the

jurisdictional court within a period of ten days from today. If an

application for recall of warrant and bail is preferred, with advance

notice to the concerned Prosecutor, the same shall be considered

and orders shall be passed expeditiously and on its merits, ideally on

the same day itself.

This petition is disposed of as above.
