The petitioner/applicant no.1 has been convicted for the charges under
Sections 313/498A/323 and the petitioner/applicant no.2 has been
convicted for the charges under Sections 313/498A of the Indian Penal
Having heard the learned advocate for the petitioners/applicants and
the learned advocate for the State and in consideration of the observation
made by the learned Judge (at inner page 15 of the impugned judgment), I
find physical torture and allegation of causing abortion of the
victim/complainant’s child and depriving her medical facilities and
compelling her to stay in her matrimonial house bearing with such
condition only as against the husband, the petitioner no.1 herein, the
prayer for bail in connection with this appeal in respect of petitioner no.1 is

furnishing a bond of Rs.5000/- (Rupees five thousand only) with two
sureties of like amount, one of whom must be a local subject to the
satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bongaon,
North 24 Parganas, and there shall be a stay of realization of fine of
Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) till the disposal of the appeal or
until further order.
The CRAN 4970 of 2019 is disposed of accordingly.
