1. Heard Sri S.D.S. Jadaun, learned counsel for applicant and learned A.G.A. for respondents.

2. The present bail application has been moved by accused-applicant for enlarging him on bail in Case Crime No. 577 of 2015, under Sections 498A, Section304B IPC and 3/4 SectionDowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Auraiya, District Auraiya.

3. Applicant is the husband and deceased wife of applicant has died. As per Viscera report examination reason of death is presence of Aluminum phosphide poison. First Information Report has been lodged by father of deceased and death has taken place at the residence of applicant. Reason given by Informant for causing death of daughter is non satisfaction of dowry and he has also fortified this allegation in the statement recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C. Looking to entire facts and circumstances, I do not find it a fit case for grant of bail.

4. Application is accordingly dismissed.
