This order shall dispose off first anticipatory bail application

filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. by petitioner Sunita Verma in case

bearing FIR No.0925 dated 12.10.2018 registered at Police Station City

Ballabgarh, District Faridabad under Sections 498A, Section323, Section506, Section406, Section34

IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance

of the orders of interim bail dated 14.12.2018 passed by this Court, the

petitioner has joined investigations which is not controverted by learned

State counsel on instructions from ASI Murlidhar, Police Station

Ballabgarh, District Faridabad who submits that the petitioner is no

longer required for further investigation and nothing is to be recovered

from her and that he has no objection if the interim order is made

absolute.

In view of what has been stated above and in the light of

orders passed earlier, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order

dated 14.12.2018 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions till

submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, she

will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the

trial Court.

The petition stands disposed off accordingly.
