This is an application filed by the petitioner for

expeditious disposal of the Matrimonial Suit No.1 of 2015

pending before the learned 7th Additional District Judge,

Alipore.

It is the contention of the petitioner that the

examination of P.W.1 has started and is at the verge of

completion. Matrimonial suit is pending for a long time,

although the reason for the delay cannot be ascribed to the

learned Court below.

This revisional application is disposed of with a

request upon the learned Court below to dispose of the

matrimonial suit as expeditiously as possible including all

interlocutory applications pending, without granting any

unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

This order will not bind the learned Court below, if

it is found that the petitioner has not been paying maintenance

pendente lite, as directed by the Court.

The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this

revisional application along with a server copy of this order

upon the opposite party within a week from date.

This revisional application is disposed of.

There will be however no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be

given to the parties on priority basis, if the same is applied for.
