of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Rishra
Police Station Case No. 33 of 2020 dated 07.03.2020 under
Sections 498A/406/325/420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners undertake to affirm and stamp the petition as

per the Rules within 48 hours of resumption of normal

functioning of the court. The petition is taken up through video

conference on the basis of such undertaking.

Considering the nature of the allegations against the

petitioners, there may not be any need for the detention of the

petitioners as long as the petitioners cooperate with the

investigation. The first two petitioners appear to be aged. The

third petitioner is the husband of the defacto complainant.

Considering the nature of the allegations, it may not be

prudent to detain any of the petitioners at this stage.

Accordingly, in the event of arrest, the petitioners will be

released upon furnishing security of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten

Thousand Only) each and personal release bonds of equivalent

value each to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. The

petitioner will abide by the conditions in Section 438(2) of the

Criminal Procedure Code.

C.R.M.2937 of 2020 and C.R.A.N.1370 of 2020 are disposed of.
