[Review Petition (Civil) No. of 2021 arising out of Diary No. 26753 of 2021 in Special Leave Petition (Civil) No. 12419 of 2021]

Delay of 43 days in preferring Review Petition is condoned.

The compensation granted by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal in the sum of Rs.14,42,416/- along with interest at the rate of 8% p.a., was enhanced by the High Court to the level of Rs.46,89,972/- along with interest at the rate of 6%. The judgment shows that the relevant factors were considered by the High Court, whereafter, the conclusions were drawn and the amount as aforesaid was arrived at.

We have gone through the grounds taken in the Review Petition and do not find any error apparent on record to justify interference.

This Review Petition is dismissed.
