ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioners is absent. Perused the

petition.

The petitioners have sought to quash the FIR in Cr.No.43/2014

registered for the offences punishable under sections 498A, 324, 506

r/w 34 Indian Penal Code.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned SPP-II

appearing for respondent No.1 submits that after completion of

investigation, charge sheet was laid only against accused No.1 and he

was tried in C.C.No.340/2014 before IV A.C.J.M J.M.F.C, Mysore and

by judgment and order dated 24.09.2016, he has been acquitted.

Charge sheet was not submitted against the present petitioners and

the charges against them have been dropped.

In view of the said submission, nothing survives for

consideration in this petition.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
