The application is allowed, as prayed. Annexure P-3 is taken

on record subject to all just exceptions.

Criminal Misc. No.M-39327 of 2019:

Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 439(2) of the

Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is for cancellation of regular bail

granted to respondent no.2 by Additional Sessions Judge, Faridabad vide

order dated 17.07.2019 in case FIR No.0074 dated 28.05.2019 under

Sections 34, 406, 498A registered at Women Police Station Faridabad,

District Faridabad.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent no.2 after

getting bail from the trial Court, has harassed the petitioner many times.

He chased her through different vehicles and even quarreled with her after

stopping her on the way, due to which, the petitioner has submitted

representations to Superintendent of Police, Faridabad.

State counsel, on instructions from the Investigating Officer

submits that in the aforesaid FIR, the police has already conducted

investigation and submitted challan on 04.10.2019.

In view of the aforesaid, the present petition has been rendered

infructuous.

Dismissed as infructuous.

However, as regards the argument on behalf of the petitioner

that she has been harassed by respondent no.2, regarding which, she has

already submitted representations to Superintendent of Police, Faridbad, a

direction is issued to Commissioner of Police/Superintendent of Police,

Faridbad to look into the representations so submitted by the petitioner and

take appropriate steps to protect the life liberty of the petitioner in

accordance with law.
