Correction Application is allowed.
The first paragraph of the order dated 08.07.2019 be deleted and in its place following paragraph be incorporated:
“The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants with the prayer to quash the entire proceeding of Complaint Case No. 671 of 2017 (Sarita Devi Vs. Umesh Sharma and others) pending in the court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) / A.C.J.M. Fast Track Court, Farrukhabad, under Section 354 IPC, Police Station Kotwali Farrukhabad, District Farrukhabad as well as impugned order dated 11.04.2019.”
Office to issue certified copy of this order also alongwith the order dated 08.07.2019.
Fifteen days further time is allowed to the applicants to comply the order dated 08.07.2019.
