Learned senior advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the said

petitioner is in custody for about 410 days and that there is no progress in the trial of the

case.

Learned advocate for the State submits that further investigation is in progress

as a suicide note of the victim was subsequently recovered and has been sent for forensic

examination.

Investigating Agency is directed to take prompt steps for obtaining the report

from the Questioned documents department and submit the same before this court on the

next date of hearing.

Let this matter appear under the same heading four weeks hence.
