Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil Court at Chennai by acquitting
the respondents for the offence under
Section 498A of IPC and
Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and confirm the judgment passed
by the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, in C.C.No.1574 of
2003 dated 18.05.2005.
