PRAYER: This Original Petition is filed under Sections 3, 7 to 10 and Section
25 of the Guardian and SectionWards Act r/w Clause 17 of the Letters Patent and
Order XXI Rule 2 and 3 of the Original Side Rules, seeking to grant
permanent custody of the minor children Shreyas born on 29.12.2010
currently aged 8 years, Aditi born on 24.04.2012 currently aged 7 and
Rishab born on 28.10.2013 currently aged 5 and half years and that the
petitioner be appointed as the Guardian of the person of three minor
children.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has

been settled between the parties and he has also made an endorsement to

that effect.
