ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

After arguing the matter for some time, learned
counsel for the petitioners. seeks permission of this
court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file
appropriate application before the trial Court seeking
discharge of the petitioners. Permission is granted. The
petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as
prayed.

In view of disposal of this case, the application-IA
No.1/2018 filed for stay, does not survive for
consideration. Accordingly, the said application stands
disposed of.
