Prayer in both these petitions filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is
for quashing of F.I.R. No.57 dated 29.06.2016 registered under Sections
498A, Section406, Section323, Section420 of IPC at Police Station Bareta, District Mansa and all
subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on merits.
At this stage, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner(s)
has submitted that since CRM-M-61587-2018 has jointly been filed by
Paramjit Kaur and Varinder Singh Dhillon seeking quashing of aforesaid

FIR on the basis of compromise, he may be permitted to withdraw both
these petitions, however, with liberty to file fresh one, in case the petition
seeking quashing of FIR on the basis of compromise is not matured.
Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
