  Heard the learned counsels appearing for the parties and 
perused the documents on record. 

The petitioner has been made an accused in Adityapur 
P.S. Case No. 280 of 2016, registered for the offence under Section 
354 IPC and Section 8 of POCSO Act, 2012.  He is in judicial custody 
since 19.12.2016.  A charge­sheet has already been filed in this case 
and after taking cognizance charges have been framed against the 
petitioner.  

The   learned   A.P.P.  has  opposed  the  prayer   for   grant  of 
bail. 

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, 
the   petitioner,   above­named,   is   directed   to   be   released   on   bail   on 
furnishing   bail   bond   of   Rs.  10,000/­  (Rupees  Ten  Thousand)   with 
two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 
Additional Session Judge­1­cum­Special Judge under the POCSO Act, 
Seraikella­Kharsawan in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No. 280 
of 2016 corresponding to G.R. No. 1326 of 2016 with the condition 
that he shall remain physically present during the trial regularly.

The  instant  application  is   allowed.    Let  a  copy   of   this 
order be transmitted to the trial Court through FAX.
