PC :

1. This is an application for anticipatory bail in connection with
CR No.275 of 2018 registered with Manikpur Police Station for
offence 498a, 323, 504 and 506 of Indian Penal Code. The FIR was
lodged on 8th August 2018. The complaint alleges harassment
caused to the complainant by the applicant and other accused. The
applicant and the co-accused had preferred application for
anticipatory bail before Sessions Court. The application qua other
accused was allowed and application of the applicant was rejected on
30th August 2018.

2. The dispute arises out of matrimonial discord between the
parties. It is submitted that without making inquiry, police had
proceeded to register FIR as soon as complaint was received by them.

Considering the circumstances, interim protection can be granted to
the applicant with certain conditions.

3. Hence, I pass following order :

ORDER

(i) In the event of arrest of applicant in connection with CR
No.275 of 2018 registered with Manikpur Police Station, Vasai
(West), Palghar, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing PR
bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like
amount;

(ii) The applicant shall report the investigating officer of Manikpur
Police Station once in a week on every Friday between 10 am and 12
noon till further orders;

(iii) This interim protection is granted till next date of hearing;

(iv) Stand over to 25th September 2018.
