Shri Vikas Rathi, learned counsel
for the appellant.
Shri Manish Yadav, learned counsel
for the respondent.

By order dated 06.04.2017, we
directed the appellant to pay
maintenance pendente lite at the rate of
Rs.20,000/- per month to his children
but till today the amount has not been
deposited. On 17.04.2017 and
01.05.2017, we again directed learned
counsel for the appellant to deposit at
least 50% of the amount of maintenance
but till today no amount has been
deposited.

Considering the aforesaid, we
dismiss the appeal on the ground of non-
compliance of the orders.
