ORAL ORDER

1. The petitioners are before this Court seeking quashment of the FIR

being I-C.R.No.8 of 2019 dated 13.03.2019 registered with Jambughoda

Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, Section328, Section406,

Section504, Section506 and Section34 of the Indian Penal Code.

2. Petitioner nos.1, 2, 3 and 4 respectively are minor brother-in-law,

father-in-law, grandmother-in-law, paternal aunt in law. According to

Mr.Asim Pandya, learned advocate, the petitioner have not played role at

all in the entire incident. The marriage span of spouses is of ten weeks.

3. Issue Notice, returnable on 10.06.2019. In the meantime, there

shall be no coercive steps against the present petitioners.

4. The Investigating Officer shall follow proviso to Section 160 of the

Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 if there is any need of recording of the

statement of the petitioners. Let papers of the investigation be called for

from the concerned Investigating Officer. Petitioners shall cooperate with

I.O.

5. Direct Service is permitted.
