IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT
CHANDIGARH

CR No.4980 of 2015 (OM)
Date of decision : 18.09.2017

Yogesh Nayyar @ Raju …Petitioner

Versus

Indu Bala …Respondent

CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KSHETARPAL
Present: Mr. Gulzar Mohammad, Advocate for the petitioner.

Mr. H.S. Dhindsa, Advocate for the respondent.

****

ANIL KSHETARPAL, J. (ORAL)

Husband is in revision petition against the order fixing the

maintenance pendente lite at the rate of `10,000/- per month.

The learned Court had relied upon the Income Tax Return filed

by the husband proving that he was having a taxable income of `1,83,000/-

during the year ending on 31.03.2013. It is not in dispute that the wife is

also maintaining a child.

In view of the above, I do not find any good ground to interfere

with the order passed by the Additional District Judge, Jalandhar.

Revision petition is dismissed.

All the pending miscellaneous applications are disposed of, in

view of the abovesaid order.
